Dallas Burston Polo Club offers what is undoubtedly Warwickshire’s most unique and exciting location for conferences, weddings and private parties, with the added exhilaration of live polo matches as a backdrop.

Livery
Dallas Burston Polo Club has a full range of livery services operating 12 months of the year and offers an on-site livery business designed for polo patrons who prefer their ponies not to travel. Accommodation is available for horses and grooms, with all suitable level of comfort. The aim is to offer a completely self-contained polo scenario for both amateur and professional players and their ponies.
For patrons without their own staff, experienced grooms and professional players are on hand to exercise and school ponies, and to present them to play whenever required. Stables and grazing facilities are available regardless of the weather conditions and an all-weather track ensures that their fitness and training program is uninterrupted. Over night stabling and grazing is also available for the ponies, as is DIY livery.

Pavilion

The Clubhouse
As the champagne corks pop and the skirts of social butterflies flutter in the breeze, the beau monde relishes the après-polo scene in the comfort of the Dallas Burston Clubhouse…The luxurious colonial style clubhouse features heated viewing verandas, a terrace marquee, a fully licensed bar and a delectable menu catering for all tastes and desires. Frequently, Argentine style BBQs are also held and remain a firm favourite of the regulars.

What better place to enjoy the polo, than in the informal surroundings of the Clubhouse Pavilion. Perfectly chilled drinks and superb cuisine prepared in the alfresco kitchen combine to make this a very stylish and comfortable way to enjoy the sport of kings. Spectators are widely invited to attend and encouraged to either dine at the luxurious, albeit competitively priced Dallas Burston Clubhouse, whilst marquees can be hired for private parties and full corporate hospitality packages are also available.
Soak up the old world ambience as you sink into soft leather chairs. The Clubhouse offers the perfect place to watch the game or relax over a quiet drink with a few close friends or business associates.

Snaffles Bar
Relax in the comfortable surroundings of the Snaffles Club Room. Its delightful colonial décor provides the perfect backdrop for almost any social or corporate gathering.

Corporate Patron’s Bar & The Royal Box
Enjoy the elegance and luxurious surroundings of this intimate and very exclusive bar. Secure and private, this is the perfect retreat to relax and watch the polo from a ‘penthouse view’ or conduct confidential business meetings.

Wedding Venue: The Jubilee Marquee
Understated elegance best describes this superb venue. Reminiscent of a classic ballroom, guests are treated to stunning surroundings under a softly draped ceiling complemented by a polished marble floor.

The luxurious Jubilee Marquee with its fully glazed viewing aspect over the polo ground, fronted by its own private viewing lawn, is available as an exclusive venue throughout the year for parties of up to 200 guests. Unlike temporary marquees, The Jubilee Marquee comes exquisitely decorated with marble floors, an elegant reception room, and luxury annexed rest rooms and kitchen facilities. There is also a fully stocked licensed bar and an integrated lighting and sound system.

If required, a personal wedding co-ordinator can be provided to ensure the day runs seamlessly, allowing maximum time available to spend with family and friends. Every aspect of the special day will be planned with unequivocal precision, adding your personal touches, new and creative ideas as required to enhance and add to the enjoyment of the occasion.

Visitors and spectators are welcome to come and enjoy picnics on the Stoneythorpe estate and are actively encouraged to bring their self-prepared delectable hampers to relish from all vantage points surrounding the playing fields.
